About Conference
The conference is dedicated to modern problems of system analysis, geoinformatics, theory and practice of Big Data in solving fundamental and applied problems in the field of Earth sciences. Representatives of the scientific community of Russia, near and far abroad will participate in the conference. In addition, delegates of the real sector enterprises and leading manufacturers of modern geophysical and geodetic equipment will be invited.

- Face-to-face participation, registration fee is required;
- Oral and poster presentations;
- Plenary and thematic sessions, panel discussions, media scrum;
- Exhibition of scientific products, equipment and services, also sponsored business sessions.
The conference participants have an opportunity to publish articles based on abstracts in a special issue of the Russian Journal of Earth Sciences. The submission deadline is November 15, 2024. The article should not exceed 5–6 pages (9000–11000 characters with spaces). Articles that have passed peer review and are approved by the editorial board will be published in 2025. The journal is indexed in the international bibliographic databases: Scopus, Web of Science, RSCI.
Oral presentation requirements (click to view)
- Presentation duration is 15 minutes (including questions);
- Presentation is delivered in English (preferably);
- Presentation is accompanied by slides in English in .pptx or .pdf format. The aspect ratio of slide is 16:9.
Poster presentation requirements (click to view)
- The poster is prepared in English;
- The maximum poster size is A1 (portrait);
- Each participant will be provided with space to present the poster.

- April 19 – July 5 — registration (submission of abstracts);
- July 5–10 — abstract acceptance notification;
- July 5 – September 5 — registration fee payment;
- September 15 — publication of the Conference scientific program;
- September 25–27 — Conference in progress.
Registration fee
- Early bird fee before August 5 —
45 000 RUB; - Regular fee before September 5 —
53 000 RUB; - For accompanying persons —
28 000 RUB.
The registration fee includes accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, a welcome reception, gala dinner, handouts, transfer from the Vladimir railway station to the Conference venue and back, as well as an excursion program. For accompanying persons a special program will be provided.
